More fool you for finding this out after being only married for two months, that's pretty sad!!

You my dear cannot deport anyone. Perhaps your immigration services will or perhaps not.

Either way, your vindictiveness is a personality trait that is very unattractive & ugly. You are actually making an effort to get him deported because he doesn't want to be with you? Get over yourself, that's pretty pathetic! Did you think that maybe it is because of undesireable personality traits that he is leaving you??? Go seek some help!

in the US it demands that a rfile be filed with the aid of an criminal expert that proclaims the marriage a sham and asks for an annulment. you're able to desire to state which you probably did not be attentive to your husbands intentions once you obtain married. as quickly as the courtroom regulations on your desire the marriage and the visa are revoked. solid success to you.

Contact immigration and tell them everything.

If you decide not to sponsor him, he'll have no way to support himself (since he should not be allowed to work) and they'll kick him out. Tell them you believe he did everything just to stay, you won't sponsor him any more, nor will you be married to him.

Tell immigration that you feel that your husband only married you so as to get into the country. This would prove even more true, if you tell them that he has refused to consummate your marriage.

Sorry.....had to laugh.....you can't just get them out of your life, your neighborhood, move to another state.......now it's COUNTRIES. I just hope you don't have children......can't wait till that fiasco comes to a boiling point. Not a question of town or county or state.....now it's countries......who has custody....who pays child support......oh what a tangled web we weave.

Call the immigration office and explain the situation to them. You should be able to withdraw sponsorship. Here is how to contact them through their website: http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/contacts/index.asp

Good luck!
