She was taken by ambulance this morning and she said earlier that they couldn't find out what was wrong. And now when I ask her what is wrong, she says to not worry about it. They are keeping here for three days. Is that bad?

No that is not bad. If your mom has insurance of any kind that is willing pay for a million tests then they are going to run every one of them. It is in her best interest so relax. Why did the ambulance take her away?

I wonder if it was pain. To find the cause of pain in the stomach for example can lead to several different tests from gallbladder to appendix plus a slew of others. Five days in the hospital with my mom to determine she had a low functioning gall bladder. Just by eating nuts set off a terrible attack.

no, if she has insurance, and I suspect she does, the hospital is soaking the insurance company for every test they can run. Plus it gives her an extra three days to rest and relax.

Not really. Maybe they are keeping her to make sure she'll be ok and to monitor her for a few days. Don't worry, pray and be positive. God Bless!
