I use Firefox. I would select FILE and in the pulldown, select SAVE PAGE AS and then in the file window, find a place and name the local copy. (All of this can be done with hotkeys.) This saves the page and any images to your local hard disk. As fas as I know, all browsers have a way to save a local copy of the current web page to your local hard disk. Later after I've saved the page, I could grab the image file directly from the directory where I saved the local copy of the page. Or, I could use a screen capture utility program to take a "snapshot" of the page by pressing the appropriate hotkey. I use a program called "Fullshot" when I need to capture something from the screen if I can;t highlight anc copy and then paste elsewhere.

Go to the web page you desire. When there, click on file at the top left above your browser window. Click on "save as". It will give you a choice to save that web page as a comple web page, text, or html. If you save it as html, you can then put it in your editor and change, crop, add, or delete as you wish.

Hope this is what you're looking for, if not, hit me back for more assistance.

Type "Ctrl-A", or if you're using Internet Explorer as your web-browser, click on "Edit" on the toolbar, then "Select All".

any one of them can copy pictures or css file inside the css file, so you can't copy %100 sometime.
