Easiest and quickest...
Peel and cut the potato up into chunks.
Place in a bowl and cover with water.
Microwave 5 minutes or until desired doness.

Scrub the skin to get all the dirt off.Poke a few holes in the potato with a fork. Put in the microwave for about 7 minutes
I really like the taste of baked potatoes more so but they take so dang long. To speed up the process, I throw my spud in the microwave for 3 -4 minutes and then pop it in the oven for about 30 minutes.

I would microwave one potato for about 3- 5 minutes,Then add it to your eggs and sausage. It will continue cooking when added and take on a better flavor.

Microwave 8 minutes for a nice sized medium large potato.. Health wise I have my own personal worries about microwaves. I think it comes from when I changed my light bulb in the bottom that was normal when I put it in, and when I changed it, it looked like it was used in outer space. So I personally like to bake them and take the extra time. Or boiling them and making mashed potatos is just as good, and it takes a little longer than the microwave..
Or just eat it raw :o)

cook a baked potato in the microwave. Put some holes in with a knife or fork and put it in the microwave for 7 - 8 mins depending on how big the potato is.

Poke holes in it with a fork, put it in a glass bowl, put some water at the bottom, enough to cover the bottom of the bowl, and microwave it for 7 minutes, then flip it over and microwave for another 5 and check it with a knife for softness.

I put the "extra virgin" olive oil (extremely healthy oil) on the cleanly washed potato. Then I wrap it up in some aluminum foil. After a few minutes, the potato will be ready. Olive oil can be used in anything. Peace, Love and God Bless.

Wash it, grate it into a skillet with a little olive oil. Cook it until it is crispy in one side, then flip and cook til done. That is hash browns, my love and will go great with the eggs and sausage.

If you have a microwave oven, then scrub the skin and fork the potato a couple places and "bake" it in the microwave. If no microwave, I would peel and cube the potato, then boil it in water in a covered pan.
