It says that your spirit is energy and according to physical laws(Energy may be transformed from one form to another, but it is never created or destroyed).so that after we die, our spirit will take a new form of life(human,animal...etc).
I don't believe in it but I think it's intresting to read about.

yeah Reincarnation, This is the belief that the soul of a living being, upon the death of the body, returns to the earth in another body or form. As we understand it at TZF, one premise behind this theory is that a single physical lifetime, especially a lifetime interrupted by an "untimely death", does not seem to offer a soul sufficient time to address its needs, redress its errors, come to an awareness of its purpose and nature (and act on that awareness), and otherwise do whatever it came to earth to do. ...

Is reincarnation true?

Yes. We repeatedly are reborn on earth taking up another life using another body and with a different "personality".

Rebirth or reincarnation. It is a strong feature in the Buddhist and Hindu faith and belief systems.

Isn't that in sync with the bible? We are made from God's spirit, his vital energy, and when we die, our thoughts go out, we perish, and what's left goes back to him that gave it, until he resurrects us?
