Dogs can sense fear. If a vicious dog is around you, it will sense your fear.
Dogs are NOT bad animals, dont let some uncontrollable one ruin a beautiful relationship you could be having with a sweet friendly dog.
If you know someone that has a friendly pet, try and spend some time with it. Especially if they own a lab or golden retriever, these are usualy very friendly. But there are many breeds that are good animals.

dogs pick up on your fearful energy and pray on it. Its in their nature to "control/take out the weak" so just try practicing with a nice friendly dog. It will take some time but u will b much happier when ur over your fear! Try to stay clam and positive. By thinking all dogs are going to attack you, your setting yourself up for it to happen. Do you see what I'm trying to say? I really wish you the best of luck.
Remember to stay calm!

Well first off stop being such a wus. If a dog does bite you you'll have caused it yourself.
See dogs talk to us and each other and everything else every waking moment. It's up to us to realize that dogs don't just use their mouths to talk like we do.They hear our words and tone but also watch our body language and evan use smell to understand what we're trying to communicate to them.
You've no doubt heard that dogs can smell fear. They don't they see it when you tense up the closer you get to them and they hear it in your voice and they attack you because you're looking them directly in the face an open challenge or you're rushing to get away and they can see you sense danger they glance quickly around for it and seeing none look back at you and assess you to BE the danger and attack.
Relax. It's just a dog after all. When you see one try this close your eyes and imagine it as a stuffed animal.Keep that image in your head as you calmly walk past it.Put your head up shoulders back and hands at your sides not clenched. And just keep putting one foot in front of the other.
If a dog confronts you just stop and stay calm.Don't look at it ,don't touch it and don't talk to it. Just pretend it's a stuffed animal again and stand perfectly still again head up shoulders back and hands at your sides and stay calm and relaxed. You're standing in front of a stuffed dog there's nothing to fear there.Let the dog smell you and it'll go away. You've claimed that space as yours and the dog sees you're there and not a threat so you're o.k. Now you can proceed. The dog may turn and give a low growl then return and again you need to repeat the above and again he'll smell you and then leave. This may happen several times before the dog lets you by but he will let you pass without doing you harm if you do as instructed.
Find a petshop that sells pups and go look at them.Or the animal shelter closest to you.they usually keep the pups seperate from the adult dogs.they're all in cages so no matter how loud they are they can't get at you.Who knows maybe you'll find a dog while there that'll grab your heart and you'll have to take it home.
There's an awful lot of dogs in the world who are just as terrified of humans as you are of dogs.Maybe you could help each other get over your fears.

You need to be confident around dogs as they can sense fear. I'm sure you haven't gotten attacked, but you fear them and they know that. You have to be the dominant person. Go up to gentle dogs and pet them. Take baby steps. If a dog jumps up on you and you don't want him to, sternly say no. Don't hit them or anything though. You can get over your fear. You just have to take baby steps to do it.

is this for real?
Dogs may sense your uneasiness. If you're uncomfortable, they'll pick up on it.
Go to a dog park, but don't go in. Stay outside the fence, and you will see how others interact with the dogs. You will also be close to them, and get used to them, and have a fence inbetween you. Most dog owners will be more than willing to help you, and will "sit" the dog as they are entering and leaving, if you wish.
Dogs are wonderful creatures, but they aren't suited for everyone. :) Good luck, hopefully you'll be suited.

Ask the owners if you can pet the dog,. Maybe work at an animal rescue. Dogs are the best. I own one and he is so funny. He has lots of persanality and he loves to play.

Dogs sense weakness, dogs sense fear, and dogs will attempt to be more dominant over someone who is insecure and scared. more dominant may be barking at you, growling at you, nipping at you, jumping on you.
I think you need to honestly consider visiting a psychologist to determine the root cause of your fear and how you can be more confident, less fearful, and less resentful of an animal.

the reason the "love to attack you" is because your scared of them. try to find the calmest friendlest dog and play with it and go from there. dogs sence when you are scared and they dont no why and they get confused and try to attack you. i sugest you stop being so scared because most dogs are VERY friendly

It is possible to overcome your fear.
Long time ago, my brother-in-law was attacked by dog. He was afraid of dog since.
Couple years ago, his daughter got a German Shepherd from friend, she was to lazy to walk the dog. My brother-in-law force himself to walk the dog with leash everyday. (He is very responsible person). And, now he is not afraid dog anymore.
