Basically the EULA for 8.0 states that you as the "primary user" can install a second copy of the software on a portable computer or a 2nd computer at your home _for your exclusive use_ and providing that the software is not run at the same time. You may need to contact Adobe in order to make the 2nd copy.

The EULA does outline additional restrictions. Read through it carefully to make sure that you're within the license agreement.
