I believe there are like 6 or 7 states that do not check your immigration status before giving you a driver's license. But you must be a resident of one of those states. A couple of other states offer driving certificates, which let you drive but are not proof of identity, to illegal immigrants. You can probably find the list of states online.

Several states. I don't agree with giving driver's license to people that don't belong here. It only encourages criminal behavior and increases crime.

What kind of stupid question is this.. Do you really think they issue licenses to someone who is undocumented.. NO they don't. Driving is a privledge, not a right and you have no rights here anyway,

Why bother-most illegals don`t have one anyway and keep driving. Probably couldn`t pass the test anyway.
