It is not beneficial to lose that much weight in that much time., but, her s how I lost weight.
I walked 30 minutes a day, now 45 to 60 minutes a day.
I kept my calorie intake to 300 calories, if or take a few, every meal by eating frozen dinners by Smart Food. Any will do, but I checked the calories and Smart Food or Smart Choice filled the bill. I also just ate salads and an english muffin for breakfast.
Be careful that your blood sugar levels do not decline too much and that you don't feel too light headed or weak.
I have to be honest, I did eat in between meals occasionally, but I was very careful and tried to eat vegetables, celery mostly, popcorn once a week (100 calorie bags are good). I tried to eat meat mostly and vegetable and reduce to minimum carbohydrates.

There is only one way to lose the weight: diet and exercise...ok 2 ways. You only need to lose about 30 lbs so 2 lbs a week is doable for the end of the holidays.

First, run. Running is the best exercise around. Second, eat smaller portions of food. You might even want to count your calories and limit yourself to maybe 1700. Try not to eat a lot of fatty foods. So to sum it up, run and eat less. And stay committed to whatever you decide to do. Do not make excuses for not exercising.

If you are willing to do anything, then you could consider cutting off limbs, OR drink lots of water, exercise a lot, b vitamins help. You could also try drinking slim fast shakes.

crunches/sit ups
push ups
drink lots and LOTS of water, that will make a big difference!
try eating healthy
walk at least 30 min. a day

go on a mostly veggie diet for 2 months and exercise...it worked for me...i lost 9 lbs in 1 month

weight watchers works wonders. unfortunatly the holidays are the hardest time to loose weight and to keep it off. good luck!
