Just buy a box of pancake mix. The recipe is on the side of the box.
You have to buy the box anyway.

I don`t measure but come out good.
2 kinds basically, fluffy, crape

Crape... 1 cup all purpose flour, 1/2 teaspoon sugar, 1 egg, 2 drops vanilla extract, pinch salt, enough milk!.
Beat up real good. let set while heating pan with oil in it. (Thin Batter)
When oil spits water it is hot enough.
Top with butter, powdered sugar, your favorite jelly??

Fluffy... Same as above but add 1 tsp baking soda, 1/2 tsp baking powder. mix all dry ingredients , then the egg and milk. blend just enough (Slowly whisk). Overblending will make dough tough. (Batter thick)

Enjoy
