It was when my beloved brother died. I lost my apetite and I lost some weight. Time of grieving is a time of loosing apetite. It is a very hard time but faith is very important at this time. It gives patience and strength alhamdulillah(thank God).
But some times I like to eat much when I don't have any thing to do or when I'm nevous. I start eating until I don't find any thing to eat!

All the time! Some days, I can go until 3 or 4 without even eating - which I know is really bad for you. Then other days, I have something in my mouth like, every other minute. It doesn't help that I sell snack chips for a living...On my hungry days, I can eat an entire bag of cheese puffs, and I don't even like them! lol!

Dear,
The only time you tend to loose your appetite is when you're having high fever or other sickness.
Other than that, you must have food for the body energy to work and earn my living. Working is a must in my religion to support the family. I must have food for my health and energy to go on living. I have food for living not living for food. I will immediately stop eating when I feel that I'm beginning to feel getting full. I will not eat much and feel really full. My religion taught me that.
Please understand clearly. I have food "for" living and "NOT" living "FOR" food.

Yes, occasionally I get days when nothing sounds good and then sometimes I have a bottomless pit. It has nothing to do with binge eating which is a psychological issue.

Yes, when I'm stressed. I do wish I had fewer of the latter and more of the former!
