What I really want to know is how many enemy soldiers have been killed compared to U.S. Soldiers.

3,099 combat deaths of U.S. personnel in Operation Iraqi Freedom as of 10 AM Washington time on September 28th. Another 699 have perished from non-combat causes (accidents, illness, etc.). About 19,500 enemy insurgents have been killed.
