I have pretty bad acne but my doctor keeps giving me stuff that doesn't work. I want her to give me a referall to a dermatologist and my mom agrees. Is this a good idea?

Oh my gosh, YES!! I did it a couple days ago, and I'm SO happy. They're so nice and check out your skin and give you the RIGHT skin. TIPS:

The only pimples that should be popped are the ones that hurt, are huge, and have white tops. Pop them by squeezing them with clean hands and wash the area right away. For best results- use Cetaphil daily facial cleanser (soap) for normal to oily skin. Also ask your dermo for cream the removes acne and scars.

Makeup.. Do not use liquid makeup. Use pressed powder. It blends in very nicely, and liquid gunk clogs pores. Blush is fine too!

Lastly, Do not touch your face!! If you have hair that gets in your face, clip it back when you want to.

Well, I think that you should go to the dermo because I went to the doctor and it didnt work but the dermo did. Good luck!! Glad to help!
