How do I run high up a wall without doing a backflip?

just practice.. i find that its better to lead into a back flip. you sohuld start of with a slight incline small ramp goin up the wall
make sure its steep
and run up that first and soon once you've got it remove the ramp. Make sure the ramp is really steep though...

run at the wall really fast, jump up, run up. You might get a little height from the bit of friction between your feet and the wall but what goes up must come down. :D
naturally the running motion will push u away from the wall

this takes plenty of train, simply preserve going for walks at a brick wall till you'll be able to run directly up and over or till you subconscious and want clinical concentration which ever comes first.

In my Taekwondo Class, our teach showed us walking ont he wall ( 3 step) i can tell u that. u need to put one leg on the wall, and while ur making contact with ur first foot, beggin making ur other foot go to the wall, and then ur first foot again.

everyone knows that only asians can run up walls, they're also the only ones that can run over water and jump from tree top to tree top.
