I recently cleaned my computer, and I am having trouble getting into the programs that I downloaded such as microsoft word, excel and powerpoint package XP.
The only option I see and can operate is Word Pad, and Word Pad doesn't have an option of: Tables- under Insert.
The system said the downloads are finished, I cant access them.
It shows a windows XP tour, but does that lead to where I can actually begin using XP ??, I DON'T KNOW. The XP tour is quite annoying.
Anyone who understands Microsoft XP or how Computers operate please help me!!!!!!!!

My first question is did you pay for Microsoft office? That is the only way you can get it. I too know that word pad is almost useless and I never use it. I think you should contact www.support/microsoft.com. Good luck.
