Stand up straight, never slouch! If you hunch, you'll always look shorter than you are. Yoga is a great thing to get into! It helps your posture a lot!! It'll strengthen your back. It's a lot of fun once you get comfortable with the different stretches. Stretching out always makes me feel taller at least. Also, stay away from coffee (people think it's "cool" to drink it, but it really just eats away at your insides and make you addicted to caffeine, who wants to be controlled by caffeine?) and eat healthy so your body has the stuff it needs to grow!
You still have time to add some inches, but if you don't... love the skin you're in. Shorter people have advantages tall people don't. Like, you can always wear cute shoes and never worry about looking "too tall" or towering over a boyfriend (that's never fun). You also never have to worry about the highwater pant look. Remember, it's not how short you look, it's how tall you feel. Stand up and be proud of who you are and what you stand for.

there isn't any excersises that will make you taller... milk will not make you taller... the only thing that will make you taller is hgh Human Growth Hormone .... but you usually start on it when you are younger 2 3 4 or 5... you might be able to ..you have to go to a doctor that deals with growth in children... a family doctor will not know anything... the only thing is it cost alot so good luck..

it depends on heredity and other factors. And, you're 13, you haven't stopped growing yet. There is no exercise, food, or magic pill that will make you grow taller. Give it time. And if you're destined to be only 5 feet tall, enjoy it. My grandmother was 4'10", and her daughter (my mother) is 5'6", as am I.

i'm 5`1 and it's opk, u'll grow. but if you do want to get taller, i suggest eating more meat

It is all depending on what is in your genes (not your denim) so you really shouldn't sweat it because you are stuck to a pre-determined height
