It's never been scientifically proven tobacco causes cancer so you have little chance of winning.
If you fall of your bike then the best thing to do is get up and get back in the saddle, don't give up! Everyone who cycles had to learn to ride at one time or another.

Your too late - you needed to have made your claim to the cigarette manufacturers before they started printing the health warnings.
You are choosing to kill yourself if you are still smoking now.
If you fall off your bike I suggest you get up and try again or lay off the alcohol, - don't drink and drive.
If there was a massive hole in the cycle zone you may be able to get some compensation from the local council if you suffered injury and if they haven't check the road for over 3 months.
