traditionally, it is not mixed. if you don't like it that way, try: b&b (brandy and benedictine), french connection #1 (courvoisier and amaretto), french connection #2 (courvoisier and grand marnier), or brandy alexander (brandy, dark creme de cacao, nutmeg, and vanilla ice cream, mixed in a blender). enjoy!!!

Brandy is usually sipped after meals as a dinner drink. I like to smoke a good cigar with my Brandy. There is also a glass just for brandy.

If you're speaking about "Presidente" Mexican Brandy, there is a drink called Presidente Campechano (or de Campeche). 1 shot of Presidente over ice, add Coca Cola almost to the top of the glass and then add a splash of soda (preferably "Topo Chico"). Squeeze a slice of fresh lime in it and drink up.

A good winter drink with brandy is the Tom and Jerry. INGREDIENTS: * 1 egg * 1/2 oz simple syrup or 1 tsp powdered sugar * 1 oz dark rum * 1 oz Cognac or brandy * hot milk or hot water * grated nutmeg for garnish PREPARATION: 1. Seperate the egg white from the egg yolk and beat them seperately. 2. Fold the beaten eggs together and place into an Irish coffee glass. 3. Add the sugar or simple syrup, dark rum and brandy. 4. Fill with hot milk or hot water. 5. Stir well. 6. Garnish with grated nutmeg. You could also buy Tom and Jerry Mix at the supermarket. Then you would just mix the mix into a cup of hot water with 1 oz of brandy and 1 oz of rum. Very tasty!

Brandy is usually sipped straight, in a snifter.
I do like a nice brandy and coffee on occasion though.

When I used to tend bar, I had one customer who would order Brandy and coke.. to each his own.

Good brandy should be served warm, and sipped slowly from a snifter to maximize the aroma. No mixer.
