the 08 trucks have been out for a while now. the website most likely has not been updated yet.

The 2008 2500s and 3500s have been out for a month or two. Dodge is soon to release their all new 4500(1 1/2 ton) and 5500(2 ton) that will stomp Ford and chevy

Probably a misprint in the site. There are 4500 and 5500 models listed and they weren't available as 2007 models.
There are also 653,000 listings in Yahoo! search for "2008 Dodge 3500".
