Yes it is road rage. Well it might be. Although it probably isn't........ No it isn't road rage it is an expression of anger. Or not.

Those susceptible to road rage should be screened out before they are allowed to get near a vehicle, remember a vehicle is a lethal weapon in the wrong hands.
