Contrary to what some people may assume, there is oil in Burma. Lots of it.

But never mind that, oil isn't the issue here or there. More diplomatic pressure and sanctions need to be enforced, and if their government isn't willing after that, well... invade. Smash their paper tiger military. And maybe we can sort out North Korea while we're at it.

Our Govt have spy drones everywhere and high definition cameras with night vision and infra red sensors and stuff which they dont have in the "dictatorship" of Burma.
So while they can go home at night and come back to protest next day, we will be picked up at home at night. This is why we dont protest ant this is the reality of Big Brother in the Western World

Additional Details

Wise up! "Dictatorship" is about control of the people. A Dictator is not effective if he has no control. The Govt is fooling people(not me) by saying "Dictator". Most people in third world countries DO NOT SEE A POLICEMAN IN MONTHS!!!

And if they live out of town, they dont know they have a government regardless of what type it is!

NO - We should leave Burma alone. It has nothing to do with us. We are so keen to put our noses in where it shouldn't be, that one day someone will bomb us.

As someone once said, if there's trouble anywhere on this earth, you can bet the British are involved somewhere. It's been true under Blair, he should have been tried for war crimes that bastard.

Only America has the power to do this.

But 6 years of vicious anti-Americanism has made Americans just not care anymore... Keep on killing each other. Its fine with us. Call the French. I'm sure they can "sort it out".

learn to spell the countries you're talking about

and no, we have put financial and international pressure on Myanmar. Soon the democracy protestors will succeed. They don't need us to destroy their country when they're trying to rebuild after years of military rule.
