Do religious/spiritual people give away stars ?

Question

I am asking you more "spiritual" people...
Do you give away stars ?
If you do, what is the criteria for giving away a star ?
Do you give that star just to people who are somehow "popular" in your eyes,or do you give it to somebody who isn't popular but asks a good question ?
If not,why ?

I give a star if I answer the question. I figure if the question inspired an answer then it must be worthy of a star. Your question is worthy of a star however you won't get a star from me. Maybe Yahoo Answers took my star giving priviledges away. If Yahoo Answers gives me my star giving priviledges back then you might get a star. Giving a star doesn't cost me anything so why not?

Yes, I do give stars(if you mean starring someone's question)
I don't really have a criteria that I sit, and think analyze before I star. But I have given stars on some of these basis.

1.(If additional detail apply) How well put the argument was
2. If it was humorous/witty(relaxing the tension amongst all these heated topics with irony)
3. Something that I have wondered myself or if it relates very well to how I think and feel about the topic( The- I couldn't have said it any better- moment)
4. Does it make me reevaluate my believes
5. and sometimes, not always(people are not going to be on their computer 24/7) on how involved they are with the people who answered their question. Are they acknowledging new information looking through the different perspectives.

These don't go in any particular order(not everything is met). Its basically if I thought they had it good than they get it good.

I do, all the time. If I like the question or find it interesting, I gibe it a star. I just gave one to Julia Peculiar this week because I thought her question was cool.

She is an atheist; I am a Christian.

I don't just give stars to people who think the same way that I do.

I don't know, I give stars when I really like a question, or sometimes even if I don't know the answer but I want some of my contacts to answer it or just because they ask me to give them one. If I consider that they don't deserve it for some reason, I don't.

I give stars and I consider myself mildly spiritual and knowledgeable in my own faith.

Yes I do give stars. Only when the question makes me think :)

I give a star if I find the question interesting or funny and would like my contacts to see it or other people to notice it. That's all.

I give them away whenever I can. There is no rhyme,reason or method to my madness. I give them to interesting questions, dumb questions, way out there questions, etc. Why do people have reservations about giving stars away? Especially, when the upper level people can give 100 away a day.

I really consider a star a personal choice, which varies from individual to individual. I base my decisions upon my thoughts as to whether or not it is a good question. Popularity has nothing to do with it.

if they are Christians then shame on them for giving stars

the Emperor Constantine that pretty much created Christianity by inventing the bible and 'outlawing' the Cristines
decided "Only The Emperor" could be a star
and started the stuff about the star being a satan thing so it could be reserved to just emperors

so Christians should remain true to giving to the emperor what is the emperors and not give stars for mere mortals
