Kazakhstan, Israel, Philippines, Hongkong, Thailand and other countries need no visa for short visits only.

There is no easy way to find out. It's possible that your government's Foreign Affairs ministry would have a list or at least some kind of advice. However, that is not common and normally you need to get in touch with the embassies of the countries concerned to get that info.

Remember, that visa requirements also depend on the purpose of travel.

Query the Embassy sites of the countries you wish to visit, and follow the instructions given. This is much easier than trying to give you a generic list of places you can go, especially since entry into other countries is never guaranteed.
