Anglos and blacks must unite for a common cause to defend our country eventually because it is being taken from us by the liberals. Do you really want illiterate Mexicans controlling the US? It is bad enough now with the current elected bunch who promise us they will close the borders and push for amnesty.

I have heard about several of these cases. Remember that everything the government does has to be done in a constitutional manner. An illegal alien suing the US to stop deportation is very similar to a criminal suing the state to get out of jail because his privacy rights were violated. He's not claiming he's innocent, but he's saying the government didn't follow the proper procedure and therefore the conviction is invalid.

Congress understand anything? I for one don't understand why an illegal alien can have more rights than a U. S. citizen. You try to sue for something like that and see how far you get.

It is pure politics. The illegals have the ACLU on their side to so that they can use that for the emotional side of the argument. Then they can use that to change the laws to their benefit. Democrats want them in the country so they have a larger voter base. So both the ACLU and the democratically controlled congress join forces as it works for both of them. Neither one cares whether someone is here illegally or not since they do illegal things themselves, they just use the issue to further their own agendas.

Because a greedy USA American lawyer gets the word and is looking to make another dollar, (greed), and advises the illegals of any rights they may have and what they can do to stop deportation.
"wilie 1" - Be for real, How old are you, and how much do you really know??? your ancestor's came from Africa. So this is not your ancestry original land. Not only are illegal's illiterate but some are not, and not only are illegal's Mexican, but some are not. Stop classifying all illegal's as Mexican's. There are other's out there like, Honduras, El Salvador, etc., Also there are a lot of illiterate Americans out there too. Just take a look at the grammar and spelling of those on yahoo ....
Do you really think illegal's will really control the US?? I doubt that.

Anyone can sue anyone if they can find an attorney willing to take on the ethical burden of signing the papers. Or they can file for themselves. Complaints have been filed against little green men from mars, much less by more local aliens. Default judgments have been taken, too, since the little green men never showed up to fight the suit.
I see these losing.

As part of the legal profession, I have to say that this suit is preposterous....any attorney taking this case is a moron...I will be willing to bet that they know it too, they just want the media to make this a circus to bring light to the Illegal Immigration problem in this country....problem is, it wont be the light they are looking for....

i don't know why they are allowed to sue us. they are illegal and have no right to our constitutional laws. and no congress does not know whats really going on. that's why i think we need some one who is either middle class or poor to become president. someone who knows us, the united states people.
to the dumb cnt up there, it does not matter how peoples grammar is, as long as they are paying in their taxes, voting and united states citizens they to have a voice. i wish u was in front of me, i'd slap your face.

They will lose. It makes about as much sense as any criminal suing for having to face the consequences of their crimes. They are being entertained because there are some unscrupulous lawyers out there.

It makes no sense to "sue" someone for enforcing immigration laws. Immigration laws that every country in the world has.
