First of all, it flags the question for people to give a wiseass answer. Secondly, there are no ladies nor gentlemen on answers.

I think it's written by guys who think they are gonna get some by addressing every girl/woman out there as a lady. Any comments?

Hey old_hag_84,
All my questions and answers are intellectual. I will make you a contact just so you can verify this.

Beez,
I really think you are right. 'Ladies' feels very 70's or 80's ish.

Hi rayhab, it's a beautiful night out tonight, isn't it?
I think you are on to something. So what you are saying is that when you see a question with "Ladies, why do you..." you give the benefit of the doubt that the asker is genuine until you read it, as opposed to him asking "Sluts, why do you..." Then you automatically assume it to be a sleezy question and pass it by? Did I follow that correctly?

hi bottom. hm-hm i am a lady thank you very much.
it probably does get wise remarks. and the guy is probably trying to be smooth, depending on the question hits me as sleaze. you don't say ladies and ask a nasty question.

yeah. you summed it up fairly well. we just had a rain storm. but Sept. 28 was a beautiful night.

Excuse me but don't not use the term "no ladies or gentlemen" on here. I seriously believe there are but to find them may be hard. Maybe you are just used to answering the wrong kind of questions. Try some intellectual questions.

YOU may not be a lady or gentelman, bottomfeeder, but I happen to be one. It's a polite way to address a question to a group of women.

**I seriously doubt that someone who is not intelligent enough to recognize a term of respect knows anything about "intellectual".

I won't stay in your contacts long... I don't associate with people who don't understand simple compliments.

Guess my answer wouldn't be any good since I would address most woman as "mam" if it is a one on one. But since I don't know any one's makeup here, I'd rather not call them ******* or b#tches or anything so silly as that.

Guess, all that's left is "Ladies" unless you know for a fact they are not. Until then, I guess I'll just be ambiguous.

Using the term "ladies" is the correct way to address a group of women. That's why.

Referring to girls or women as 'ladies' is so over. That's why they're called bozos.
