1200 calories a day of whatever you like to eat. A healthy eating plan can include fruit at every meal but an all fruit diet won't leave you feeling full enough to make it through your day it just burns off too quickly..you need some kind of protein in your eating plan as well. Lean chicken, some tuna..whatever you enjoy. I just had a monster fruit salad for lunch.

Depends on the diet. The Women Doctor's Diet lets you have three pieces of fruit a day, which is nice. Some stricter diets make you stop at one or none, because of the sugar involved in fruit.

If you can keep track of the calories, though, why not have a fruit diet? Just make sure you get some whole grains, protein and calcium in too. If you are in the northern hemi, this is a great time of year for fruit!

If you are really serious about weight loss limit fruit to 1-2 servings a day, and try to make one of them some kind of berry.
Have 3 meals that are all lean meats and veggies.
Have one snack that is fruit and nuts
Have one salad.

You should be eating a ton of veggies and lean meats (or vegetarian substitutes) if you want to lose weight. Go easy on the sugar (i.e. fruit)

Try eating only raw fruits and veggies, raw nuts & seeds, and sprouted grains. No processed foods, canned foods, breads, etc.

You cannot eat too much food of anykind on this diet. Your body will crave what it needs in specific fruites & veggies. Go with it, and eat as much as you like!

This is a raw diet, it is high in fiber and it will allow you to lose weight and get to your ideal weight. You must still exercise.

Check out the website.

2-4 servings are suggested daily You are not likely to put on any weight eating fruit or vegetables I love fruit too and i really dont limit myself fruit is energizing and rehydrating only negative is the high sugar content which means carbs but i dont believe in that low carb stuff eating a wide variety of the 5 food groups in proper proportion is the best way to go Heres a site i check frequently it will tell you calorie content and the best foods to eat for weight loss

Fruit has alot of sugar in it, so people think they are eating really healthy when all they eat is fruit, but in reality, they are just consuming sugar.
Limit yourself to 2 or 3 fruits per day. This includes fruit juice and smoothies.

You can eat fruit 3-6 small serving per day, yet don't eat ONLY fruit- you cannot get all nutrients from only fruits, fruits do not provide enough proteins, calcium, and fats!

My friend once told me that her trainer told her that she could eat as much fruit as she wanted as long as it wasn't between 12:00-5:00, because then the sugar from the fruits just gets stored in your body.

Reduce your current stress. Your stress hormone cortisol can be activated by extremely low-calorie diets, intense training, lack of sleeping and day-to-day worries, which brings about a spike in glucose levels as part of your blood. More worryingly, it can help with blocked arteries and fat increase around your internal organs, putting you in danger of diabetes and heart disease. The only prescription for this is to… pass the time.
