Theist making additional comment on asking if god didnt exist how was the first human created, then she says:
'How do you know that I am not atheist???'
LOL - as if you'd find ignorance that severe outside the theist camp. Classic. Anyone want to describe the negative correlations between religion and intelligence in just about every study done?

What coincidences, Mike? Did your pastor tell you that evolution says we evolved by random chance - but you never picked up a biology book long enough to understand that while mutation is random, selection is not?

LOL!!
Creation Museum. Need I say more?
There is a fundie here who uses the name Leviathan. The first time I saw him I said something like welcome back. I quickly realized it was NOT you. On one of his questions I told him the story of mistaken him for you but I said unless you had a lobotomy he was a different person.

Well for starters Einstein believed in God. Oh, and what was your contribution to science, again? Factually, atheism grossly contradicts the very science and rational thought it clings so tightly to in justification of itself.
Atheism is an inadequate mode of thought. It cannot logically explain the existence of the universe. It goes against the law of causality, for one. It states that if you were to drop a bunch of marbles on a floor in a room with no outside influence they could select (choose) to assemble in such a way as to result in a successful (hmmm) outcome.
If there is no cause how would these marbles do anything but sit on that floor? Cause and effect are obviously things atheists lack an understanding of. If you left them there for 1 year, what would change? How about 100 years. Maybe 100 million years? Nothing. 0 + 0 + 0 + equals what?
If somebody were to go to a deserted island and found a castle and beautiful dwellings what should they assume? Any intelligent human being would state that it was created. Why wouldn't an atheist? Because the logic they claim to possess really isn't logic at all. At least not the type that puts 2 and 2 together for a sum of 4.
What about right and wrong? Who or what determines right and wrong? To an atheist, he knows what is right and what isn't without a moral standard. Really? Can you tell the difference between 3 absolute inches and 4 without a ruler? They ask why is there evil in the world if there is a God? Who told you there was evil? The fact that you could acknowledge evil shows that there must be an absolute good in which to make a comparison.
The atheist when looking at things intelligently has to really first exam himself. Not only will he need to create a whole new system of scientific principles to support his absurd and ridiculous claims. He will require a brand new set of moral standards to live by as well. Then and only then will he be able to affirm a basis for the reality that rests in the figment of his own imagination.
The world of an atheist is the only thing random. He randomly puts together assumptions to create the volatile foundation in which he places his conception of the human experience. Life from his standpoint is void, without meaning, and dysfunctional. The atheist twists science the same way an apostate 'Christian' twists scripture to satisfy his own pleasures.
So yes I do enjoy a good laugh. But, not at the expense and embarrassment of the one telling the joke. Go in peace.

She didn't ask "if god didn't exist how was the first human created"... She simply asked atheists what their beliefs are on how the first human was created.

What's wrong with a question like that? How *do* you know she's not an atheist.
I'm not aware of studies showing negative correlations between religion and intelligence - studies showing such between religion and *education*, yes.
I am not a theist and do not support the theological views of most theists. However, if one claims to be intelligent and follow reason and evidence to the truth, one must speak from reason and evidence as well. While I enjoy many of your questions and responses I think you're assuming something here at the expense of this person.
Although I do agree with the person who answered her regarding her use of ???'s and !!!'s. A bit much.

Haha, she's probably some little kid.
As to the "as if you'd find ignorance that severe" comment-- I don't think that's fair. Although since Atheists tend to make the decision ourselves, rather than being raised that way, we tend to have stronger reasons for our beliefs, there are many theists out there that don't feel that the beauty and elegance of the world can be explained except by the existence of divine beings. In many cases, it's just a different sort of intelligence, artistic rather than rational. And I must admit, I've met a few idiotic atheists in my time.
That said, theists that try to force their beliefs upon others aren't too bright; even IF someone converted through pressure, in their heart of hearts they wouldn't believe very strongly.

"while mutation is random, selection is not"
Not entirely true. Selection is caused by environmental forces, and the environment (climate) changes in unpredictable and random ways, so in a sense, selection is also random. When the climate changes, which species is the most fit for the new environment is decided by mere luck, as any nature show on the Discovery Channel will tell you.
You seem to be arguing mere semantics.

Yes, like the fact that the countries with the highest birth rates are the most religious. Just goes to show you whoes reproducing irresponsibly like rabbits these days.
F'sho: your answer is one in a million others like that. evolution is certainly NOT implying that everthing that happens comes about at random chance, and that the best alternate (and just as plausable) explanation for the existance of the universe and all life is "God created the heavens and the Earth."
