Hey there, to maintain a good white and bright teeth, you would have to gargole your mouth with listerine , three times a day. Actually, mouthwash burns through the stains left in teeth. You'll thank me later. It will show results within 2 to three weeks.

The best is the cheapest. Get a bottle of hydrogen peroxide. Mix it 50-50 with water. Brush your teeth with toothpaste. Rinse. Then rinse the peroxide mix for two minutes. Then brush some more without more toothpaste.
