Their coats will get shinier.
Honestly, pet foods like purina use used restaurant oil in their formulas. You have nothing to worry about.

Relax...the vegetable oil will not harm your kitty....although you may want to keep an eye on her litterbox usage for a few days. I'm sure that the oil is going to act as a lubricant and she will probably have diarrhea for a day or two.

A half teaspoon is a lot of oil, but a quarter teaspoon is ok. It depends on how much was actually drunk, it'll strain the liver (which has to process oil) but as a one time thing it should be ok.

If it's caffeine-free, probably not. All I can figure is the caffeine, since that's bad for cats and can cause heart attacks. The sugar and the carbs could cause diabetes or obesity if it was a regular thing, but just one time he should be fine. If he acts odd or sick in any sense, call your vet.

Navigator's right on.
But with oil daily it could deplete them of Vit. A and then a deficiency.

won't hurt it. some oil (maybe a tsp for a cat) is actually good for pets skin and fur.
might have loose bowl movements for a bit though so change the litter often so it stays clean (cats hate dirty litter).

If she only drank a little, no problem. Depending on how much exactly she drank, she might have the trots for a day or so, but she'll be fine and have a nice shiny coat afterwards.

You did not say how much she drank but I normally feed mine oil to keep the coat nice, and cats need fats to keep the metabolism running well.
