I dream about really random, crazy things like people I havent seen for years - why do they come into my head when I havent even been thinking about them ??

Every thing you have learned in your whole life must be stored in your brain. This is what sleep is for. When your brain "proses" this information, and you are unconscious, some times things get a little mixed up but only a small portion of you realizes this. Most dreams are quickly forgotten.

Dreams are uncontrollable. It's some one else controlling them.
