Some of the places in Downtown Disney can be found outside of Orlando (Rainforest Cafe, Planet Hollywood). I know there is a Wolf Gang Puck outside of Orlando but it is a really good place to eat. I love there butternut squash soup, the salads can feed two people and the pizza is just right.
I forgot to mention that I always end up at the quickservice section.
I have heard that Artist Point at the Wilderness Lodge is really good. A lot of people tell me that their salmon is so good.
I have personally been to the Biergarten in Germany at Epcot and it was a fun experience. They seat you with other people if you have a small party but it was fun sharing stories about your experiences with some one new. If you are of age and order a beer get the yard I think it was because it comes in a huge mug; my boyfriend and one of the other guys at the table got one and they couldn't finish it.
I also went to the Garden Grill Restaurant (in the Land, also at Epcot) when I was little and I have fond memories of that because the whole restaurant rotates and it is a characer meal.
Another place that I have tried is the Kona Cafe in the Polynesian Resort. I had a Mahi Mahi that I think was crusted with pecans or something that made will make you dream about the goodness later.
If going to Disney and you want to eat at the the polynesian's Ohana you need to make reservations at least a week in advanced. I ended up at the Kona Cafe because Ohana was all booked up.
Kimonos at the Swan Resort is just a walk or boat ride from Epcot. It is a sushi that charges you the same as any place but if you go at night you'll enjoy the Kareoke(forgive my spelling).
Last is the Trails End Restaurant at the Wilderness Lodge. The restaurant a good amount of food that you want at an okay price.
Trails End and Biergarten is a buffet and many of the buffets are about $28/ adult or less so just call the dining reservations people for questions on prices.

There are a lot of Restaurants in Downtown Disney. Planet Hollywood is OK. Not the cleanest place you could go.
Rainforest is good. Also not the cleanest and it might be hard to seat everyone at one time. You would have to go early to put your name in.....
The Earl of Sandwich is good for all kinds of sandwiches and salads, and is very casual. Also Wolfgang Puck's Cafe has really good food and is casual. Most of the places at Downton Disney West Side are rather expensive. However,
I enjoys Bongo's. It is Cuban food and is really good. Have a great time

Try Raglan Road in Downtown Disney. Excellent menu choices, moderate prices. Great Irish atmosphere.

You guys should definitely go to "Ohana", at Disney's Polynesian Resort. It is an awesome tropical island themed restaurant. The food is delicious. You can eat as much as you want, but definitely save room for dessert! There are statues and tikis and an open fire pit right in the dining room. They also have a person who walks around singing and playing a ukelele. And, when you make your reservation, tell them you want to sit close to or as close as possible to the windows, and you'll get to see the awesome fireworks show at the Magic Kingdom. Definitely a fun experience I highly recommend.

My absolute favorite is BONGOS (Gloria Estefan's restaurant) at Downtown Disney, but it's on the "Westside". If you're at the Marketplace, kids your age would LOVE the Rainforest Cafe. Also, on that same side (Marketplace) is the McDonalds. It's just McDonalds, but it's DISNEY lol

I don't know the name, but the restaurant is located behind this wall near the castle(disney one!). The entrance door leads to this pack of stairs. You go up, then there's the restaurant. Most of the time some disney charcaters come out to greet you. I fi'm wrong, then pleaase ignore, cause I went there during a trip to disney world 8 months ago.

We have eaten at Rainforest Cafe several times and our kids LOVE it there. It is a huge restaurant, but you will definitely not all fit at one table. Have fun!
