Coffee or very strong tea that has steeped only shortly. If you keep the tea bag or loose tea in too long, it makes you tired.

Why are you always tired? Are you getting enough sleep? Try going to bed an hour earlier or getting up later. Consider your diet. Are you eatting too much junk food? Try eatting lots of fruits and vegetables for a week and see if you feel better in the morning. Also, exercise is a big energizer. Try having a nice breakfast - a whole wheat bagel with peanut butter, a glass or orange juice, maybe a banana - and then go work out. You'll feel like a million bucks all day! Way better than if you drank a Red Bull.

Peope who warn you that you aren't getting enough sleep or excercise are right. But then even those that do will treat themselves to a Starbucks on the way to work to get their brain working.
Studies actually show that the fastest way to absorb caffeine is sublingually...under the toungue and in the mouth. So energy drinks and coffee can take a bit to get going because they are aborbed through the mouth. Energy drinks vary in the amount of caffeine they have so be sure to check into that. For instance, Red Bull actually has less than your average cup of coffee. Many don't know that. Has a lot more sugar too! Some drinks come in larger cans and have a lot more caffeine in them but also a LOT of sugar.
You should try caffeinated chocolates or mints. Try Foosh Mints at http://www.vroomfoods.com or http://www.thinkgeek.com . 100 MG's of caffeine (like coffee and not weak like most other mints, gums, etc.) they are cheap, convenient and they work FAST because the are absorbed in the mouth, not in the stomach. Easier on the budget and no sugar!

Red Bull give you wiiings...if you didn't know.
Other than that, maybe try eating some red meat (cooked) for dinner. You may be anemic and need some iron from red meat so you won't be so tired.
Other things to try: drink a full glass of water before going to bed: it will help wake you up in the morning because you have to get up to pee.

If you are tired first thing in the morning, you are not getting adequate rest, and stimulants will only put off the inevitable crash you are heading for. You need to address getting good amounts of restorative sleep.
