It doesn't sound like you are mature enough to even have a boyfriend.
Seriously, boys/men are always horny. The littlest thing will set them off. Girls/Women are different it take a little work to get us in the mood or as you say horny. It sounds like your boyfriend is doing all the right stuff to get you in the mood, but you just aren't ready. Maybe you shouldn't see or have him touch you for a week or two and see what happens when you together after being separated for awhile.

I am not being condescending, but you're not ready. You body WILL tell you when it's time and if you do it before that it isn't going to be a great experience. Also, to be honest, if he is that horny already, the sex will be sooo not worth it for you. Just wait, chill out, let him do what he needs to do. Also, if you think it could happen soon GET on birth control.

Sweety being tickilish begins at birth ! Sexual arrousel begins much later ! 14 is early for most girls ! The longer you hold out the more you will appreciate it when it happens. I strongly suggest waiting for your wedding night ! That is the best gift you could give your husband !
