Paint the dressers white using a semi-gloss latex paint. For an added touch, replace the hardware on both of the dressers with the antique looking glass knobs. Even if your dressers are different using the same hardware will pull them together and make them appear as if from a set. If you use off-white to paint the dressers they will always look dirty. Usually off-white is used when you plan on distressing the edges to make it appear old or antiqued.

Off white, because sage green is a warmer tone of green and off white is warmer than white. You'll get a cozier feeling with the off white.

I would go with a light tan or a light blue because your room is small. Darker colors make it look smaller. Or you could just paint one wall. Everything in my house is black white and brown. I love it. It looks really classy while being very relaxing =) Add some throw pillows and candles =)

You could do either. I personally would do the off-white because it would add some warmth versus the white which can sometimes seem cold. With either color though, you have a nice pallet for a "shabby chic" room. Have fun!

If you choose off-white the room will have more of a vintage look. If you choose white, it will look more crisp and clean. Your choice. Either would work.
