We don't need these immigrants. It is a fallacy that the government keep forcing up our noses.

Lisa is wrong when she says it's OK for those coming here who pay their way, what about the millions that are being sent back to Poland etc. in benefits.

Send all these bastards back from whence they came and make our own lazy bastards work or stop their dole or incapacity benefit.

I know a very fit, able man on incapacity benefit who makes £600 a week making a couple of sheds a week on the side. He has been reported three times, no-one has been to see him yet.

Cheap labour. Immigrants do the jobs the average 'British' person does not want to do, and they do it for less money.

The job market increases, the economy remains strong.

The bit the labour Government forgot about was that public services cannot cope (NHS, Policing, Benefit hand outs) and people feel bitter that they work/pay tax that is given (literally) to a foreigner who has just stepped off a plane with their 14 children.

You could argue that if immigration increases, the next Government will simply privatise the NHS (or partly privatise) reducing the impact of usage (costs) and thus as the job market and economy stays strong - there won't be a recession.

Maybe this is what they are betting on?

I think my answer may seem a bit radical compared to all the others so far.
The answer is all about ageing.
In a few years time, as we are all aware, because of the lowering birth rate, there will be more elderly people in Britain.
This means that the number of pensioners needing payout from the Government will outstrip the number of youngsters in work.
In some countries the children have to support their parents.
In these countries the families have tended to be larger meaning that this will be less of a burden on each child.
In this country this would never work because of the way we tend to have smaller number of children.
These days a lot of people opt out from having children at all.
This is why we need immigrants to help counter balance the number differential between old and young.
Sorry about this to all the anti-immigration lobby but these people will be looking after your parents in the future, so be grateful in some small way.

All this talk about the United Kingdom needing the influx of immigrants is total b0llocks!
It`s simply the government making excuses, because they are afraid of upsetting the PC Brigade and Human Rights tossers by stopping the influx.
The doors should be shut and locked to anymore of these scroungers entering the UK.
And I don`t care who I upset........enough is ENOUGH!

well we really dont need any Immigrants but they come to our country for financial reasons only they work and send for family and the work industry loves them because they are cheeper. So it is not we need the Immigrants they need us and our country. I myself think they should send all the Immigrants back to thier country and have them come legally that they it would be fair to all of us. and when the reseeion starts the Immigrants will leave they will not stay here in usa thier actuall home is someplace else so when usa goes broke they will be richer and leave our country.

It would be great to have people come in and make a good difference in this country, trouble is they let in African war loads, rapists, murderers, mafia and triad leaders, the list is endless. I cannot imagine that there would be many people that would object to other cultures coming here, if they come here to contribute to make a better Britain.
There is also the fact that breaking up communities is also part of it. You get rid of the one voice effect and so there will be less objections to goverment changes.

It is so your working class will be permanetly unemployed as immigrant are more economical (cheaper to employ) and flexible (easy to fire/hire without award conditions) and will be addicted to welfare.
Being welfare supported they must vote for the party that will keep their wewlfare sustained- Labour.

Immigrants will vote for the poeple that let them in- Labour

The Bourgeoisie MIddle class moral masturbators will vote for who makes them feel warm & fuzzy without them ever tolerating immigramnts or their negative consequences= Labour

The overpaid, underworked bureaucrats which overlap the moral masturbator demographic will vote for who signs their bloated paycheck= Labour.

Furhtermore- NHS w9ill be more easily priovatised as less tax-revenue is availabvle for its' budget and mroe epople are using it (especially immigrant) it deteriorates until public opinion is that it will allow privatisation.

Basically immigration= profit for the elites either directly or indirectly through share trades in companies known to be seriously tendering for former publically owned enterprises. Thames Water and the NHS bio-database are excellent examples.

Why we need these illegals in order to make it easier for democrats to practice effective voter fraud. Same reason those staunch patriots like Joe Biden and Splash Kennedy are against demanding photo I.D. at the polls. To tough to get Pedro through to vote 8 or 10 times. And for those dead voters, forget it!

Because we haven't been having enough babies for the last 40 years, and we have a huge ponzi scheme called Social Security that requires continuous population growth to remain solvent.

Oh, plus the exploitation of cheap labor sans worker-protection laws, of course.

we dont need immigrants, the problem is the government dont care if the whole world and his dog land on our shores, the collapse of the economy is nigh, because its not a bottomless pit,its unbelievable how this bunch of no-marks have kidded their way into office, and then set about destroying the very fabric of our northern european way of life.god help this country,pc dictates that we must not mention this issue as it is deemed a crime on par with murder in some quarters, this government has finished what took centuries to build.just watch question time to see how far pc has gone,.
