Fried onion peddles??

Question

I am looking for a recipe for onion peddles, kinda like onion rings but cut smaller and fried. Or even a fried onion string.. Thanks

These are so easy and really tasty!

Slice an onion in VERY thin slices. I like vidalia onions, but you can use any relatively large onion. Toss the onions in flour, and shake off excess. Deep fry at 350 degrees until browned. Drain on paper towel and salt well.
Even my kids love these!

Do a search for fried onion petals or onion flowers. I normally find they're done with a beer batter like fish.
