A couple of days ago my left arm started hurting it became weak and also became numb,a few days later the right side of my face became numb. So please help me find out what this is. I hope it is not a stroke.

Go to the doctor now. It could be a mini stroke or it could be the beginning of a stroke. This is something you don't mess with. They have medications they can give you to lessen the severity of it, if you get there on time. Especially if you have a risk factor-you are overweight, or have a history of it in your family,etc.

the two likely have nothing to do with each other. Strokes, don't switch sides like that, either one side or the other is affected.
The tingling on your face could just be an irritation of the trigeminal nerve, aka Bell's Palsy, see a doctor for treatment.
The left arm problem, if it went away, I wouldn't worry too much about.

Here is the only advice you need. Go to the emergency room NOW. You have more than one symptom of a stroke, please seek emergency care IMMEDIATELY. Better safe than sorry.

How old are you? Are you overweight! It could be a stroke. Do you have trouble seeing, dizzy, confused, or a bad headache. Please go to a doc STAT!
