It's in ground , about 2 feet out, concrete and tile. All I need is the hot tub out. I can remove the pipes and heater if necessary.

Any contractor can demo out the hot tub.

as above, use craig's list someone will jump on a free tub. Wish you were close to us we woulddo it for free and fix it up for someone that really needs it giving you a tax deduction in the process. The concrete could pose a problem. Currently the EPA requires it to go to a very expensive EPA approved disposal site. $50k fine. They havea crazy view of chlorine and bromine.

Go to a hot tub place and ask for their contractors to do it.

Head over to http://www.craigslist.org and locate the city nearest you. Place a free ad under "wanted" and also under "barter".

I'd say something like, "Take it out and it's yours!"
