Of course you can hold type ratings for 767 and 777 at the same time. There is technically no limit to the number of type ratings you can hold, and you certainly don't lose one when another is issued.
But as mentioned, there are other considerations, and you are not likely to ever be in service in both at once.

If you had a 757/767 type rating and a 777 type rating, sure. Finding a company that will let you fly both types would be trickier. Typically they like to keep you in a single type at a time to prevent the negative transfer.
Think about what happens when you drive an automatic for a while, then you get in a standard car. You're very likely to forget to put in the clutch, and stall the engine out while you stop. The same sort of thing is a risk with the airplanes.

As asked, no, because you cannot be in two places at one time. If you mean can you fly both, the answer is yes if you have a rating for the type on your pilot certificate.
757, and 767 share a common type rating, but the 777 does not share. At some time in the future look for it to have certified commonality, because the 767 400-ER has an instrument cluster and panel identical to the 777

If you mean can the pilot have type rating (that tells what aircraft type he can fly) at the same time for 767 and 777, answer is no,
pilot can't have type rating for both 767 and 777.
However, he can have type rating for 757 and 767 at the same time, since this two aircraft share the same cockpit.

Get someone to slice you clean in half and put one half in the 767's pilot seat, and the other in the 777's pilot seat. And tape your hand(s) to the yoke(s)

Assuming you can fly in the first place, yes - but you'll first need Scotty to screw around with the transporter so that there are two of you, then you can be in both planes at once.
Watch out though, you don't want to be good/bad like Kirk.
Make sure Scotty rejoins you afterwards.
