The hebrews were the chosen people. But they denied Jesus as the Messiah. The jews denied God's Son and God's salvation!
Romans 10.19 "But did the people of Israel really understand? Yes, they did, for even in the time of Moses, God had said, "I will rouse your jealousy by blessing other nations. I will make you angry by blessing the foolish Gentiles."
20 And later Isaiah spoke boldly for God: "I was found by people who were not looking for me. I showed myself to those who were not asking for me."

Sorry friend, you are misquoting .. the Jewish race are "among God's chosen few"
and since we are all descended in some form or other from the original Jewish people (according to them) we must all be 'among God's chosen few' and as for infallibility in the Bible, I think that has been debunked years ago
The Bible is a very good, slightly inaccurate history of some peoples
Oh, and the Jewish faith is based on the first five books of the Bible (The Torah)

Sorry, the Jewish people do not use the bible, just the first 5, books and then the prophets. They are however Gods chosen people, but that is irrelevant. Christians are 'adopted' into the family of God. it is a chose each makes to be or not to be.

The message was originally intended for the Jews, but now the message is for everyone! As you already know that the Bible is infallible, this is mentioned within it's pages. My I recommend you find a good Bible study group so you can understand the Word better?

Most followers of most religions feel that they are the chosen people. That fact might not be as straight-forward as in Judaism but the feeling behind it can be found in many other religions. Those other followers could turn you around and say: "Well, why do Jews bother because WE'RE the chosen people!" And that's when you gotta Judo Chop 'em.

That's a very thought provoking question, and the answer lies in what it means to be "Chosen."
I think that you're operating under the misconception that being 'chosen' is the equivalent of having a get-in-free ticket to heaven. It's much more complex than that. Being one of G*d's chosen people is like entering into a pact, what is known as the covenant, to obey G*d's laws and respect G*d's creation. Idol Jew's aren't getting into heaven any faster than the pedophile priests.

After Jesus came to the earth, the term became a spiritual chosen group. The Jews made some bad decisions, however, God doesn't discriminate against those who are not Jews. People have a free choice to become a "spiritual" Jew.

So, Christians believe that although Jews were sacred to God, Jesus is their savior and that God sent him. Plus, Muslims believe Muhammad was a very holy prophet (and Shiites believe that his decendant, the 12th Imam, will come again and bestow judgement on the world) and that God granted them salvation. All other religions say, "that's very nice and all. But -"

We are all children of God the Father, the Hebrews were deceived by Moses, this is why the Jews needed to be saved, (salvation is of the Jews)
Moses gave you not that bread (Word of God) from heaven.
It is our choice of who we will believe and follow.

Romans 11
10Let their eyes be darkened, that they may not see, and bow down their back alway.
11I say then, Have they stumbled that they should fall? God forbid: but rather through their fall salvation is come unto the Gentiles, for to provoke them to jealousy.
Titus 2
11For the grace of God that brings salvation has appeared to all men.
12Now if the fall of them be the riches of the world, and the diminishing of them the riches of the Gentiles; how much more their fulness?
