Add a couple of teaspoons of chipoltle pepper sauce to it. Yum.
One of the best dishes ever: boil up some fettucini, grill a chicken breast and a summer sausage, chop them into bite sized pieces. Toss together with the sauce. Top with a couple of spoons of diced tomatoes.
OMG!

Probably add more salt... or shave in fresh parmesan cheese, or...
sweat some pancetta (italian rolled up bacon) or bacon with some onion and garlic, throw in some peas....add the alfredo sauce on low heat and stir in. At the end season with salt and pepper and shave in the fresh parmesan cheese.

Add some parmesan cheese (around two tablespoons) when you heat it up on the stove - then a little garlic powder and some pepper - a few dashes of each. let it simmer for about ten minutes so the flavors set together.

Saute garlic and then add the sauce with a pinch of nutmeg. Throw in some salt and some sundried tomatoes for a little zing.

Serve it over pasta along with some shrimps sauteed in garlic butter. Add some freshly ground black pepper... and I'd top with some freshly grated parmesan although the "experts" say cheese & shrimp is a no-no... it's yummy though!

Try adding chicken, garlic, a touch of lemon, salt and pepper. It's a great combination. You can also add some spinach as well.
