my cat was missing for 2 days and when he came back he was walking side ways and had no feeling in his tail and a huge knot on his lower stomach

I just love these questions!!! It is so easy TAKE TO THE VET!!! Man I really had to think about that to get the right answer..(give me a break)
Some people should not be allowed to have pets

This is a vet emergency, it's not safe to wait on major bone or muscle damage that's showing like this. I'd personally have been camped on the vets doorway first thing in the morning, to get the cat seen without an appointment.
