Nope. In fact. in the Jewish viewpoint Satan is merely an angel tasked with being the prosecutor (adversary) of the soul in the heavenly court case after death. Like all angels he has no free will and merely performs God's will. He has no power outside of that granted to him by God, no power to oppose God- since God is the sole and unique author of all events in the world.

The Jewish view of Satan is completely different from the Christian one. In Christianity, Satan is an independent entity, a sort of evil counterpart to God. This idea goes completely against the Jewish belief that God is ONE.
In Judaism, Satan is an angel, and as such, has no free will. It can only do God's will and obey His comands. His "job" is to tempt people away from God so that they can come closer to god on their own and have more merit for their good actions.
But Satan isn't a God of anything and has no domain of its own.

Do a search for the Talmud written in Hebrew. The Babylonian Talmud has been mis-translated and taken out of context and used on anti-Semitic websites to undermine the Jewish religion. And to answer your question, no, Jews do not consider Satan to be "god of this world". We don't consider Satan at all. We concentrate on right actions and right living in THIS world and we do not concentrate on the world to come.

In the Torah, "Satan" is "the adversary" one of G-d's tools/messengers.
Christians made Satan into the powerful co-god that he is in the "Other Testament."
