Are they the same to you. You know from a prune tree you have to have prunes not thorns. And a source of water is either sweet or bitter it cant be both at the same time. How come you are one time loving anther time hating?

But I learned love from my atheist mother and hate from my Xian father.

We all have feel these emotions (temptations) at times. There is nothing wrong with this unless we welcome and nurse these feelings. Prayer is the best way to put unhealthy feelings aside.
