so that i only get my real weight and not if i drink water or smthng you know!!

IN the morning, naked, after you use the bathroom and before you eat or drink anything. That's the most accurate time.

I weigh myself in the mornings, without any clothes and before I eat or drink anything.

I've done the weight watchers program and my group leader said that she weighs less in the evening than she does in the morning.

So, try weighing yourself in the morning, afternoon and evening. See when you weigh the least and stick with that. Only do that for one day though, stick to the time of day for the rest of the time. You don't want to become obessed!

If you are trying to determine ACTUAL weight loss (meaning fat loss) and not water weight, then it does not matter what time of day, as long as you do it at about the same time of day.

Also, remember, that daily weighing tells you nothing about real progress, since a lot of minor factors can pile up to give you false indications in a single day. Week to week progress is a much more accurate indicator of true progress.

To get an acurate weight It doesn't really matter what time you weigh in as long as you weigh the same time of day and under the same circumstances each time.

To get the lowest weight reading you should probably do it in the morning, without clothes, and before you've eaten anything.

In the morning, because during they day when you eat you get full. Causing your body to weigh more. But eventually that gets digested and the next day you're lighter.

there is never usually that much of a difference, but the best time is as soon as you wake up after you have used the bathroom and before you have eaten anything at all. remember to not weigh yourself too often (every 2 weeks minimum) or it will seem like you never loose weight!

i have heard that weighing yourself every day is not a good idea--if you are not losing weight it just makes you feel bad and like giving up--don't be self-destructive
