That is just wierd. Any giving back the exact same thing is rude. Do they think you are stupid and won't remember what you gave them?? Stop giving them anything

Most people feel obligated to give you a gift in return. Why dont you just give a gift at their birthday? Or if they are sick ? Speaking for myself I wouldnt feel right about getting a gift for no reason. I know you are sincere but I would back off a bit. Some people will take advantage of your generousity. Good Luck

That is one of your qualities you know but you may want to sit down and talk with the person you are giving these items to as they may have a different understanding of gift giving. So it may be just something that that other person has to deal with. If its a big problem I'd say just stop giving these items to this person in particular but an overall great quality.

Your friends want to reciprocate your generosity. They may also feel like they owe you something. Try giving your gift anonymously. It presents some challenge, but it can be fun, rewarding, and might eliminate your problem with this person.

It replaced into stupid of the receiver to furnish the present back. even even with the undeniable fact that he/she replaced into attempting to be intense-high quality, that wasn't the surprising factor to do. whilst somebody supplies a contemporary, you may settle for it. that's completely superb to declare the cliched "Oh, you may no longer have!!!" yet, it is going to likely be awkard in direction of the giver for a receiver to insist on giving it back. i do no longer know your finished concern, yet for my area, the giver is justified in being slightly annoyed with the receiver, yet of direction she or he shouldn't thoroughly minimize the receiver from his/her existence. in certainty, everybody made too a lot of a deal approximately each and every thing. The present could have been in many circumstances occurring, and that's that! through fact it wasn't, the giver could handle it... and clearly no longer attempt to furnish that individual to any extent further presents! :-P

Human nature is such that we feel there is no free lunch. You should stop giving gifts for no reason.
