The woman needs to be already excited, so that she is wet and it is easier to find. Some say it is only find-able once she is excited. Assuming she is facing you, you insert one finger into her vagina, as far as it will go, and then you curl your finger in a "come here" kind of motion. Some liken this to the way you curl your fingers under a car hood before lifting it.
When you do this, you should feel your finger curl around her pubic bone. The flesh you are now touching with the fleshy pad of your finger tip is where her G-spot is. If YOU want to find your own G-spot...1) it's gonna be hard but you should squat, then press your finger/fingers inside the wall of your vaginal area thats on the same side of your stomach. it depends on different women.... it can be on top or underneath. hence a different orgasam on top rather than penatration. try using a vibrator on top, one thats different speeds to your liking, if not as daft as it sound guaranteed to work, an electric toothbrush. u'll soon find out were your g spot is. good luck.
