i wanted to get the virgin mary or a pinup but i decided to go with the idea of having bettie page in the virgin mary's robe, with a winking eye and her finger to her mouth as in saying "shhh" - you can see her face, her hair, and her hand.. it would be a portrait type of tat... - like she's pretending to be the virgin mary? - what do you think

Though I'm sure that other pinups have been used as models for the Virgin Mary - - tattoos or otherwise - - quite frankly, I don't get it. Is the Virgin Mary too boring for you? If you're trying to make a sacrilegious icon, then go for it, but, be aware, that many people won't "appreciate" it.
