he pursues a girl for a long time, he tries to get introuduced to her, or even follows her around just to be near her, or calls her name, or tries to get a date from her, but she ignores him, because she doesn't care for him, how would this guy feel? Would he be hurtful and mean, and then say nasty things about her or what? Guys, what would you do if you tried everything and this girl ignores you or doesn't acknowledge you?

Move on, my friend. If this has been going on for some time, it sounds like she's just not interested and there would be no point in pursuing the matter. Don't waste your time being hurtful and mean. That only eats you up and definitely will not change her feelings about you to anything positive.
Sure it hurts a bit to be ignored and rejected, but it hurst worse to be ignored, rejected and make an as$ of yourself.

I'm sorry, your post reminded me of a blog I read once: When I see an attractive woman, I will usually follow her for a while, hoping that she will almost get hit by a car so I can rush over, push her to safety, and be a hero. If that doesn't work I generally get in my own car and almost hit her myself, as a service to other potential suitors. DY

Move on good sir.
