Nope, you just have to let her wean herself. Our youngest male cat did this to our female cat. The vet said that it is a comfort thing, and as long as she was willing to "nurse" him to let them do it. He outgrew it after a couple of months.

If he's ok with it, let them be. If he gets too sore he'll get up and make the kitten back off.
They probably both love the closeness.
If you want to break the habit, a spritz of Bitter Apple on the male's belly will stop the kitten but the male won't be too happy that he can't groom there till the stuff wears off.

One of my 2 kittens did the same thing and what I did was get a clean face cloth and let her suckle on that instead of her companion. I spoke to the vet and he told me that some kittens grow out of the habit and some dont! Now my kitten is close to 5 months old and has never used her companion as a pacifier again. If she is stressed she goes straight to her face cloth and suckles to calm down. Everytime I notice that shes alittle stressed I say to graysie wheres your chewie and she goes right to that face cloth.

Put tincture of iodine, merthiolate, or some other foul tasting substance on them, that ought to do it. Also, you stop the kitten when you catch it, remove it from the nipple and tell it NO. Set it down away from the male when you do so. Good luck.

If you really want to break her of this just as long as his nipples are not an open wound there is a product called bitter apple that you can spray on his nipples and she will not like the taste of that at all

Put something on his nipples, like Vaseline. Maybe that will stop her and help his skin. You may have to separate them for a week or so.
Good luck! :)
